Chicken Thigh Cutlets
Cooking chicken thigh outlets is a simple task if you have all necessary ingredients and cooking tools. Fresh parsley is a must if you want that extra flavors. Below is the recipe for making chicken thigh outlets:
Ingredients:
- chicken thigh cutlets
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 eggs
- bread crumbs
- nutmeg
- oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. First of all, wash the chicken cutlets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and pour them into it then whisk them until smooth.
3. Add in the parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg then mix slightly.
4. In another bowl, add in the bread crumbs.
5. Now, dip the chicken thigh outlets into the egg mixture and then coat them in the bowl with bread crumbs.
6. Grease a pan and heat it over low heat.
7. Add in the chicken thigh outlets and fry them slightly on both sides so that the bread crumbs will soak the oil and stick to the chicken.
8. On a cookie sheet, place in the chicken thigh outlets and bake them for 40 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
9. Serve and enjoy!
