Chicken Thigh Fillet Recipes
Chicken thigh fillets are very delicious when you cook them correctly. If you don't have time to make them from scratch, you can simply buy them from most supermarkets.
Although they are many different versions of chicken thigh fillet recipes, below is a simple one which is quite easy to prepare at home:
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thigh fillets
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- grated cheese to taste
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, salt, chili powder, ground red pepper and garlic powder. Combine and mix well.
2. In another bowl, add in the eggs and water than mix well.
3. Now, dredge the chicken fillets in the flour mixture then dip them in the egg mixture and finally roll them in the cornmeal.
4. In a large skillet, add in the vegetable oil and sauté the chicken thigh fillets until cooked.
5. Remove the chicken thigh fillets from the skillet and sprinkle some grated cheese.
6. Heat the fillets under broiler until the cheese melts then remove from heat and serve immediately.
