Chicken Thigh Stew

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 15 small potatoes
- 2 pounds carrots
- 4 onions, chopped
- 4 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
1. In a pot, add in the chicken thighs and cover them with just enough water.
2. Add in the garlic salt and onions then boil them over low heat for one hour.
3. In another pot, cook the potatoes until tender then drain. Let them cool down first before peeling and dicing them.
4. Cook the carrots until tender then add in the diced potatoes and add in the liquid from the chicken thighs.
5. Remove the chicken thighs and bone them then cut them into smaller pieces before adding them together with the potatoes and carrots.
6. Add in the chicken bouillon, stewed tomatoes, curry powder, barbecue sauce and onion powder.
7. Simmer everything together until completely done.
8. Serve and enjoy.
