Chicken Thigh With Mustard Recipe


Ingredients:


  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 cup creme fraiche
  • 1/8 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper



Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven at 350°F (176°C).


2. Place the chicken thighs inn a baking dish and cover them with mustard. Bake the chicken for 40 minutes.


3. In a small skillet, heat up the creme fraiche and pour into the baking dish. Bake for another 10 minutes.


4. Remove the chicken thighs and place them on a plate. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.


5. Whisk the butter and spread it over the chicken thighs. Serve.
