Chicken Thigh With Sage Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, skinned and boned
- 2/3 cup corn bread crumbs
- 1/8 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sage, fresh
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 400°F (204°C).
2. In a baking dish, arrange the chicken thighs and season them with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes.
3. In a bowl combine the mustard and olive oil. In another bowl combine the crumbs and sage.
4. Now, preheat the broiler and set the rack 6 inches from heat.
5. Brush half of the mustard mixture on the chicken thighs and sprinkle the crumbs mixture over them. Broil until brown.
6. Turn the chicken thighs and brush the remaining mustard mixture and sprinkle the remaining crumbs over them. Broil until brown.
7. Serve and enjoy!
