Fried Chicken Thigh


Fried chicken thigh makes perfect snack food for get-togethers and it is easy and quick to cook too. To make this dish less fatty and lower in cholesterol so that it can be healthy for everyone to enjoy, simply skin and trim the chicken thighs of fat before frying them and use low-fat milk if possible.




Ingredients:


  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • milk



Instructions:


1. First of all, in a pan, add in the chicken thighs and soak them with milk. Let it soak for 15 minutes.


2. In another bowl, add in the parsley flakes, pepper, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.


3. Now dip the soaked chicken thighs into the breading mix one by one until both sides are fully coated.


4. Since we will be making a healthier version of fried chicken thigh, we will be cooking them in an oven.


5. On a greased baking sheet, set the coated chicken thighs.


6. Preheat the oven at 375°F (191°C) and bake them for 45 minutes.


7. Enjoy.
