Rosemary Chicken Thighs

You can make it even healthier by using fresh butter, free range chicken meat and removing the skin before or after cooking them.
Below is a simple yet delicious recipe for making rosemary chicken thighs at home:
Ingredients:
- 5 chicken thighs
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, add in the olive oil and butter. Let the butter melt first before adding in the chicken thighs and browning them.
2. While the chicken thighs are browning, add in the garlic, salt and pepper.
3. When you notice that the chicken thighs are almost brown, quickly add in the rosemary, bacon and white wine.
4. Cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
5. In another bowl, add in the tomato paste and chicken broth. Stir slightly then add into the skillet.
6. Cover and let it simmer for another 30 minutes.
7. Be sure to turn the chicken thighs once halfway through the cooking so that they will be cooked evenly.
